We provide tech support via our Support Ticket Portal Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:ooPM EST (excluding observed federal holidays). We will respond to your tech support request within one business day.
FAQs:
1. Why do I need a maintenance plan?
Different software used to build wesbites (WordPress core code, plugins, etc.) are constantly changing and adapting. Having a trained Software Engineer on hand to monitor the website is necessary to make updates to continue optimal performance and proactively seek opportunities to improve the site.
2. May I cancel anytime?
Yes, you may cancel anytime. You are under no obligation to continue the ongoing service. We just ask you to give us 30 days’ notice so we can carry out our last thorough updates of the website and remove our administrator credentials.
3. Does the monthly time on tech support requests rollover if I don’t use it?
No, the hours do not rollover. If you do not use them, you lose them.
4. If I don’t get a Maintenance Plan, can I still request that you make Ad-Hoc (as necessary) updates to my website?
Yes, if you choose to skip a retainer, you can still reach out to request updates on an ad-hoc basis. Your tech support requests will be dealt with according to the desired priority and bill at our tech support hourly rate. Without a Maintenance Plan, we do not have set turnaround times as it will depend upon staff availability.
