We just ask you to give us 30 days' notice so we can carry out our last thorough updates of the website and remove our administrator credentials. Please note: There are NO refunds provided, prorated or otherwise, should you decide to cancel before your plan expires.
No, the hours do NOT rollover. If you do not use them, you will lose them. They can be used at your convenience only throughout your plan period. You will have a pie chart showing you what you used and what you still have available in your Client Portal.
Yes, if you do not subscribe to a Maintenance Plan, you can still contact us for tech support. Tech support tickets will be dealt with according to the desired priority and bill at our tech support hourly rate. Generally speaking, tech support without a subscription to one of our Maintenance Plans will prove to be more expensive. Additionally, we do not have set turnaround times as it will depend upon staff availability.
You can upgrade your plan at any time. However, you cannot downgrade your plan until the plan period has expired.
We do not offer monthly plans. All of our plans are prepaid on a 6 or 12-month basis. We offer a 20% discount for selecting annual billing.
